Weird problem with my keyboard.
When I power up I receive a keyboard error and I am not able to use it.
But if I do a PC restart it comes up just fine.

Has anyone ever seen this before?
Or would anyone have a clue on how to fix this?

Yes, but only when the keyboard is unplugged. However, a "restart" (reset button ?) won't allow the system to boot.

Try another keyboard to see if the problem is with your PC or really with the KB.

Oh yeah, make sure the KB plug is fully pushed into its jack.

What kind of keyboard do you have? Is it a USB or PS2?

If it's a PS2 keyboard, try using another one.

If it's a USB one, try plugging it in into another USB port.

It's a PS2 Keyboard. I have tryed a 2nd PS2 KB and that does not work on power up or on a restart.
I'v tryed a USB KB and that works fine.
Just can't figer out why the PS2 KB is not working...

Very weird. Have you tried other PS2 keyboards other than the second PS2 KB you mentioned?

Yes I tryed a 3rd PS2 KB and also will not work at all.

I'm thinking it mite be the BISO.
