Default [Pending] Hi All =) New here n need some help! =)

Nice to have found this forum...
Here is my dilema if anyone can help me please:

I purchased and downloaded the System Mechanic 5 Full Program. I did a back up and as I was duplicate files it said i could "safely" remove, I got scared n stopped deleting the files! Thank God cuz now several of my main programs wont work and are giving me severe error messages!!!!!! I fear I have deleted the main files for these programs and now they wont work!! I did back up my puter on System Mechanic but i cannot for the life of me figure out how to restore all the files I deleted so my programs will work again?????? Please please help me; I'm so upset!!!!
Thanks so very much all. Sorry if I posted in the wrong place
