Hi carlo, it's not possible

The way FAT32 used to work, was DOS was required to boot Windows (95, 98, ME) and with 2000, XP and Vista, there is no DOS except the small black window known as the command prompt.

How come you need to delete these files in DOS?

Hmmmm.
Try doing a repair install, get the data off there (over the network, or through a USB hard drive) and then do a complete clean install.

If that doesn't work, if you're comfortable, take the laptop hard drive out and plug it into your computer (you can get adapters for this sort of thing). Backup the files that way.

I'm at work right now and they asked us to not use MSN.

We'll have to keep it in here unfortunately.

You'll have to remove the hard drive and copy the data that way.
