Default [Pending] 'open' tab function in right-click mode

I have noticed that initially whenever i right-clicked on certain file associations, it would display a options tab with 'open' ,' open with', 'archive ___' . To further explain my claims, i have attached the following screenshots that i am mentioning about.

The above function was available previously but had died off whenever i right-clicked, could anyone here help?

Hmmmm...could be a couple of things.
First I'd suspect it to be a virus. If you want to follow the prework link in my signiture...we can rule that out first.

Hya James. Your logs look clean.

Download and run this reg fix, that should probably fix your problem:

http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/regs...ithrestore.reg

Just save it to youre HD, doubleclick on it and allow it to be added to the registry. Then reboot and see if it is back.
