Default [Pending] Comp freezing?

Hey guys I'm new here. My computer will occaisionally freeze for no apparent reason. I'm not doing anything graphics heavy or running a lot of programs, but it'll do it then too. Even the mouse and keyboard freeze. I just reformatted the harddrive and updated drivers and software. Hardware problem maybe? Where should I look? Thanks for your help.

If you did the Prework, you should have 3 log files. Please attach them to your next post.

Also have a look at the tempertures of your pc after it has just frozen, and post back with the temps please.

You can use an app like Speedfan to check the temps:

Download SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer
