Try manually deleing all temp files Go to these folders and delete everything inside them:

C:\WINDOWS\Temp
C:\Documents and Settings\"user name"\Local Settings\Temp
C:\Documents and Settings\"user name"\Cookies (everything but the "index.dat" file)

Reboot, and try again.

I did that and cleared everything....but I still have the same problem.

I still have the same issue afterwards.
