this is the error.
i typed both password given to me by the owner. he wan't sure which one is correct.
what can i do?
i'm just a guest in this house and no one can help me with understanding what is the problem.

The problem is that the WEP/WPA key they gave you is incorrect. How many characters are there in the password that you have?

My sons laptop wouldnt respond with the pasword until I typed in the hexkey, do you posses the hexadecimal key for the password? if so try entering that instead of the password.

even after trying to convert to HEX using online tool it doen't work.
