Cool [Closed] busted registry

How do i clear my registry and import a back up. is this possible by booting dos? i have a plethera of boot tools but i have still been unsucessful in deleteing my old registry and importing my back up.i can boot into a read only version of win98 i can access the back up and copy it to 50 floppys and then load it in a write version i also have. is there and easy way to clear a registry instead of going through it and deleteing it manualy?
THX for any help i get

Yes, this discussion is regarding his illegal operating system. Until he decides to purchase and install a legal copy of his operating system he should not and will not be provided with assistance.
