I got i screensaver of a dreamscene video and id like to make it my desktop. anyway how i can get the video out of the screen saver?

you'd have to take a snapshot of the dreamscene you want, then save it as a jpg or bitmap in paint, then resize to your desktop. Just hit printscreen at the picture you want, then paste it in paint, then resize. Save it someplace you know, then open it, right click and choose 'use as background'.
