Ok so ive been dealing with this strange lag for like 5 days and i really dont know what to do... my music "lags"(drags sound) sometimes when i load or do something with interned "load" pages or play online games...and im having strange lags all around :/, ussualy i has some problems like this and my disk somehow ended like to be pio mode instead of ultradma5 but now its not it. Seems like services.exe do alot of lag becouse they just jump and use lots of my pc kb/cpu...i really dont know what to do ive checked everything asked all my friends whats wrong and noone knew what might be the problem...One more thing that is ******* me alot these days is that if i try to connect to a game online or go to some page it doesnt work first time ... i always need to use refresh or try to connect again to make it work..(if i try to go on a page i get the error thing and then i need to refresh and page loads fine.) this screenshot shows what is working on my pc after i restart and i added alos dxdiag.

HI from looking at the screen shot I can't see any anti virus or spywhere software do you have some loaded on your PC?
