hahahahaha I checked and answered my own post. Go figure. It works. Thank God I checked these sites and removed the wallpaper from the C:/Windows/Web/Wallpaper. I put it in thumbnail view and deleted all the ones I didn't want. Now my Display properties has only the ones I want and opens up quickly. wooooppppeeee. Now I can get back to normal. Well, as much as normal can be for me.
