I installed a new video driver, after which I attempted to play World of Warcraft. Instead an error window came up saying there was something wrong with the driver or something, so I rolled back the driver. Upon boot up the display was messed up so I reinstalled the driver. Now after just a couple of minutes the computer shuts down and does it every boot up. Please help as I do not want to do another system restore. Thank you so much.

Hi flam welcome to the forum which video driver did you install and is it windows XP?

Newest Nvidia geforce FX 6800 driver and yes, it is XP

Try this for me as soon as you turn the PC on tap F8 a few time a menu will appear select last known good configuration and press enter. Did that correct it?
