Hello everyone.

Aight, well, 3 days ago I Installed Windows Live Messenger and updated Windows, havent been online for 3 weeks so there was updates avaible. Same day as I did that my Windows XP started crashing/freezing. The freezing come randomly, for example when I sometime open Firefox, sometime when I open some games or movies. Today I got that problems plently of times, so I just restarted all the time, but that didnt solve everything. When I tried login on another user I decided to close Windows Live Messenger on startup. So I connected to Internet, opened my documents to watch that everything is allright, then I opened Messenger and pressed sign in, and then I got the freezing problem again. As I said its just come randomly,sometimes its just freezing and sometime its freezing and my screen turns black.

That is very very enoing and I dont know what to do. I hope to get help from some of you guys.

Hey there mate.

Could you please run through the PreWork and post the resulting logs back for the security guys to take a look over? This is just to ensure there is no unseen malware that could be causing the problem before we start troubleshooting.

It shouldn't take too long not, it is somewhat involved but it's worth doing just to make sure everything is how it should be
