Default [Pending] Convert NTFS TO FAT32.

Hi I am having a problem in converting NTFS to FAT32 in my Windows XP SP2.OS. I tried using Partition magic and after the final reboot I still see the drive is in NTFS. Can someone please show me how to do it correctly. I also have tried to reinstall XP but there is no option for the FAT32, only I could format in NTFS. Well the reason for reinstalling XP is because it is getting slow in doing things and not to the normal as should be. I do hope to hear from you all. Further to state my hdd is 80GB. and now only one partition i.e. C drive.

The PC should read the CD no matter what filing system the PC uses. This is a bit strange what happens when you try to open the burnt CD do you get an error message?

Did you finalize the CD? leaving it open can cause issues when trying to read on another cd drive.
