What exactly is it you tried to burn to CD? perhaps that would help us determine the problem.

There are ways to convert NTFS to FAT32 the reason I am reluctant to suggest a way is because not only can it cause problems especially if the boot sector is not converted correctly but the FAT32 filesystem has many limitations such as the partition size can be no more than 32GB and there is a filesize limitation of 4GB. It is generally not a good idea to use FAT filesystems on an NT based Operating System (2000, XP, etc)

It is really not recommended to convert to FAT32 and I highly doubt it will solve your problem but if you still wish to do so I can provide you with the way to do it.

Thanks Lebowski I actually having some programs downloaded from the other computer so I have burn it to CD. Now with the burn CD. when I put it in in the 'my computer' the CD drive the CD which have loaded seem it takes ages to load and if I were to open one of the folder in it it seem to hang up my computer and if it loads it just a blank page ( it is working in the other computer w/problem). Anyway I will be happy if you can help if there is a way to do it to convert to FAT32. One thing is why partition magic after converting to FAT32 and I still see the "C" Drive is still NTFS. Thanks.

Will the CD/DVD drive in question read an original CD ok try play a music CD and see if it is working properley. With the burning of CD or DVD it makes no difference on what filing system your using NTFS or FAT16 Or FAT32 will read the CD there is more likly to be a problem with the drive. Will it also read the burnt CD in the PC you made it on?
