| Windows XP/2000 - [Answered] Slow Internet 4kb/ps transfer on 4mb!! posted in the Operating Systems forums; Hi, all I'm on 4mb adsl broadband but I can only get a transfer speed of about 3 to 5 kbps, can anyone suggest why this might be so slow! ... |

Could be a number of things:
Congestion You live quite a distance from the local exchange Problem with the broadband line Problem with ISP
