Default [Resolved] Monitor power problem! Argh!

Hi all, i wonder if anyone can help me out here... again!

Decided to change case's to a cooler aluminium design as i was having some overheating/Lack of space problems, now when i turned the machine back on the monitor stays off yet the computer sounds like its working.
The new case came with a 450w psu, tried that AND my old 400w (Which was originally working fine) and still no power! Checked all cables etc etc! Ran out of idea's!

Running x800gt, 3200 xp, 1 gig DDR2 if thats any help.

Cheers

After some playing around, i decided to have a go at removing the power cable from the blue LED case cover at the front... it now works again! why does that stop the monitor working, too little power from the psu?
