Hi there.
Firstly, if the data on the drive is very important the best idea would be to connect it to another PC as a slave drive and copy the data you really need over to that computer before hand [If you need assistance with this, just ask

] as messing with the partition table can go wrong quite easily and you could potentially be left without your data.
An easy way to go as far as utilities go would be to download
Ultimate Boot CD which is a bootable iso, boot from it and there are a number of partition tools.
