It's usually F2, del or F10, if you let me know what the make/model of the computer is I might be able to help a little more there.

It should tell you on screen how to enter bios.

omg haven't slept since yesterday, struggling to find a solution and it did work when I pressed del... i don'k know how to thank you Lebowski. Thank you so much :-)
