Hello
recently my desktop and toolbar keep freezing but I can click on everything else and skip through programs with "alt+tab". It has become very annoying and any help with the problem would be appreciated. Also when I go "start/turn off/turn off/" my cursor turns to the loading pointer for about 10 whilst this is happening I cant click on anything, after it has finished doing that it goes back to normal and the computer stays on. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Welcome to PC Help Forum
To identify the "culprit" - open your task manager, then arrange the "processes" tab list so that the highest CPU usage is at the top of the list. Wait for another freeze and then tell us which process is using (probably) 100% of the CPU.
