I have a D drive on my computer that has a new file called (HJPCQHOCLEX.GTW) Im not sure where this file came from but I can't delete it even when I'm in safe mode. It says I don't have permission or it's in use. Also my computer has been freezing up an I'm getting a error message unable to write to drive D even when I'm not trying to write anything to drive D. This whole problem started around the time I started getting Poker Popups that I cant seem to get rid of

yup, anytime you can't google a file name I'm willing to bet I know what it is, and pre-work is the place to start.
