Hi, I am having problems with my computer as everytime I switch it on the Windows blue screen loads up and then i am forced to restart and then my pc will boot up like usual. The blue screen comes up with a different problem everytime and therfore I cannot understand what is wrong. I have tried a system restore but my computer can't restore to an earlier point for some reason. The major problem for me is that I bought my PC from TIME and therefore didn't get the Windows installation disk but I do have the CD Key and serial number on a sticker on the back of the PC. Can anyone help please?

Hi, there are 1001 events but i don't know how to post them I have followed the instructions however I can't find the event log to post it on here. The exact part im having trouble with is this part "continue your way through the files and folders shown in your Event Log. The file your looking for normally starts with "mini..". Once you find the file, double click on it to return to the Manage Attachments window."

Once you have them attach them in your next post, by clicking on manage Attachments down at the bottom, and then click Browse, then click Upload.

Hi, I have found the correct folder now...however there is no files in the folder. So through the event viewer here is the information The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000024 (0x001902fe, 0xf42b62a8, 0xf42b5fa4, 0xf74d7a6e). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini080207-01.dmp.
