Default [Pending] boot up HHCTRL.ocx dll problem

it doesnt really cause any problems, but this is pretyt annoying. when i turn on my computer, and it gets to the desktop, it comes up with an box with the Critical error beep. it says, " the system dll user32.dll has been relocated memory because HHCTRL.ocx has occupied a adress range dedicated to system dlls. the vendor supplying the dll should be contacted for a new dll" and it takes a few minutes to be able to be usable. please help me, i have tried deleting this ActiveX file, (hh file) 2but it shows right back up when i boot up.

Hey there .

This isen't actually a problem done by you, it's actually by a Microsoft Update.

This link here, Certain programs may not start, and you receive an error message on a computer that is running Windows XP Service Pack 2: "Illegal System DLL Relocation", will tell you how to resolve the problem .

Click on Certain programs may not start, and you receive an error message on a computer that is running Windows XP Service Pack 2: "Illegal System DLL Relocation"
Implement the solution you find there.

Two great minds...Bugsey.
