I think i have a problem...

a few weeks ago i discovered that when i went to my wireless internet connection it was in russian (or some other foreign language) i have no clue what to do and have tried alot of things. the picture pretty much shows what the prolem is, but almost anything that has to do with internet option (such as firewall) is also in a foreign language. please help me because im very frustrated right now
