Default [Pending] Aplication Error

Hi not been on for a while, everything has been running fine for ages until the last few days.
Whilst in the middle of somthing a message comes up "Internet Explorer has a problem and needs to close, send error report" when you click on send it go's back to the desktop,
this keeps hapening,on looking at the event it says they are application errors,

The only thing I can then do is a restart, then its ok for a while befor I have to go through the whole process again in fact its got the message now,any ideas
