Exclamation [Pending] Pc Will Not Boot..........please Help

I have an issue and I hope anyone can provide some insight on how to resolve. I have a Gigabyte GA-8I865GME-775 mobo with a pentium 4 3.4ghz processor. I have been told that I must update the bios in order to get this mobo to work with my processor. The issue i am having is that the computer is rebooting in about 30 seconds, not allowing me to flash my bios via the floppy drive. Anyone have any insight around this issue. How can I flash the bios if the computer will not stay on for more than 30 seconds. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi bobby_digital,

sorry for not replying sooner.

Are you still experiencing this issue?
