Are you trying to access the folders or the applications?

Ok, the Kasperky saved as html so I couldn't attach it. It all ran together when I pasted.

I don't know how to find the folders that would have been under profile ..Lynne to access the Incredimail info. I tried to find the defrag and It's not under accessories>system tools like it used to be with MY XP cd. There is also no system restore listed anywhere I have looked.

Don't worry about the kapersky for now

If you goto Start -> Run and type in %systemroot%\system32\rstrui.exe

This should load System Restore
And defrag you can get to by Right clicking on My Computer and selecting Manage.

Now...the folders will most likely be hidden.
Try going to Start -> Run -> C:\Documents and Settings\Lynne\Local Settings\Application Data
If that lets you get there, you should see Incredimail...maybe

ok, ty. I tried typing that in. No go. It says windows can not find it. I did find Defrag ty ty ty. Going to look for folders. I'll let you know. Any more suggestions for system restore?
