Default [Pending] Online Video and Audio Streaming Problem

Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
Intel Celeron 4A, 2000 MHz (5 x 400);
Shuttle MV43(N) Motherboard with VIA VT8751 Apollo P4M266 Chipset;
752 MB (DDR SDRAM);
S3 Graphics ProSavageDDR Video Card;
Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit Audio Card;

Whenever I go to a website like YouTube or MySpace and play a song or video, the computer freezes in the middle of the stream. It crashes, so I have to press the power button for 5 secs to turn it off. I don't know why, and I don't know if this is a software issue or a hardware issue. Maybe it has something to do with Macromedia Flash Player. Or maybe my computer hardware has problems with something with Windows..... I really don't know; that's why I'm posting this.
Can anyone please give me a helping hand and explain to me what's going on and what I can do to resolve this painstaking problem because I miss my music and videos!
I'd greatly appreciate it..

hi samvelbus,

i think u should try updating ur video card drivers... most of these problems are caused by that only..

I would download Java again and then the macromedia, that seems to have worked for me in the past. I also swithed to Foxfire browser and that really helped.

ok i got java again and got macromedia and got firefox; but i don't think my computer crashes from online video and audio. The reason why i'm saying this now is because i was surfing a website (with firefox) and the computer crashed and i wasn't even playing a video or a song. On top of THAT: I was transferring some files from one hard drive to another hard drive (i have 4 hard drives in my computer) and the computer froze while the "Moving Files" screen was on. Maybe this means it doesn't have anything to do with java, macromedia, video driver, or browser type. It might be something with my hardware or Windows, or Both of them working together..... any advice i'd appreciate it.
