Hi there again this is quite an easy thing to do, log on as the admin account, go to Start, then Run and in the open box, type control userpasswords2 and press enter. Highlight the restricted account and click Properties. Click on the Group Membership tab. Select the Restricted User category, hit Apply then ok, log off the admin account, and then log on to the restricted user, and try to install the program. If it comes up with an error or warning that they cannot install programs then you have done it correctly.

Yap, did that, but with it comes the proble I wrote in the previous one .. the user is unable to switch between power schemes and I think it's useful for it to work .. in the user we changed yesterday (too bad I've removed him already) the user was abel to set the clock, switch power schemes etc nad when trying top install something it wrote only admin is allowed to do that, but now I either can switch schemes etc. but I am allowed to install (when choosing power user) or I'm not allowed to install but everything else is blocked as well ..

Guess the right one I'm looking for is Power users .. it says that this use is allowed the sys settings (solving the schemes choosing problem) and he can only install porgrams that doesn't effect system files ..
