Default Um.

Hey guys, I know you all are very busy and everything, but this problem is still going on and I have not recevied a response. I don't mean to sound selfish or anything, but there have been numerous people who have posted after this one and had their problems solved, but I still have not received a response in 24-48 hours! My mother needs this laptop to work, and its current state is really slowing things down. I appreciate whoever can take the time to look at this problem. Thanks.

Hm. Well I guess I stumped the experts then, since noone ever responded. anyways. I ended up restoring my computer to factory default, which worked perfectly.
