Question [Answered] Blue Screen Drama
On my aunt computer when she turns it on

The blue screen comes up with this error message

Unmountable Boot Volume

0X000000 (0X81B4A030, 0XC000009C, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)

The computer doesnt start up in safe mode
