Please do not double post. This is not like a Newsgroups, you do not need to place the same posting in multiple forums. Thanks.

Welcome to the PCHF, grtlkcanadian.

Code 10 does apply to drivers. Recommend you open the Device Manager. Look for the device in question and delete it, then reboot. This will force Windows to refind the device and reload the device driver.

While your in the Device Manager, check to be sure that there are no other devices with a ! or ? on them. If so, delete them as well. Lastly, be sure you do not have an "Other" catagory. If you do delete any devices that are in it.

Good Luck...

Sorry about the double post! Anyway thanks for the info.

I tried your suggestion but was unable to resolve the issue. I'm stuck, any other suggestions :-)

Next step:

First, check your system drivers by clicking on Start>Microsoft Update. Click for Custom updates. Download any drivers indicated. Second, recommend you click on DriverAgent.com Fix Your Driver Problems Instantly with Driver Agent and check the status of your non-system drivers. Let me know of any devices that are indicated. Attaching the results URL would be the easiest way.
