Still getting Code 10 ...Itried to do "Alt Print Scrn" to give you a snap shot but that didn't work.

So I will need inst on how to get that to you...thanks again

Whatever was open at the time, leave it open.
Press <Alt><Prt Scr>
Open the Start>Accessories>Paint
Press <Ctrl><v>
Save image on the Desktop as a JPG image.

Valid file extensions: bmp dmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg log pdf png psd rar txt zip

You should be able to proceed from there.


Also, what are you doing when you get the Code 10?

I have no pgm running just checking if device is operable...also the attchment process keeps failing...however there is no ad'l info with the code 10 msg no string of data as referenced in the microsoft site, no red x in the device mgr...no "other" in device mgr. under any of the items listed.
