Here are some of the drivers you need:

3Com EtherLink XL 10/100 PCI For Complete PC Management NIC (3C905C-TX)

HP DeskJet 930C/932C/935C

YAMAHA Native DS1 WDM Driver
YAMAHA Legacy DS1 WDM Driver
For these goto CodecInstaller
Read it, then install the CodecInstaller
Run it and it should help you get the sound codecs.
When you are done, do the driver scan again to see what you still need.

Let me know if you have the same problems installing any of these drivers.

Good Luck...

On the resullts the Intel(R) 82371AB/EB PCI to USB Universal Host Controller shows as good.

Place your XP CD into the drive.
Go to the Command Prompt
Enter the command: sfc /scannow
Note: there is a space between the "c" and the "/"
