Thats good to here the old girl is going again. With the hard drive not being screwed in I have seen this hundereds of times in the repair shop another dodgy thing I used to laugh at was how many CPU fans I've seen glued on also card not screwed in all been done by so called PC repairers Beware!!!

LOL! i agree with the half-a**ed jobs they do in repair shops, they make it seem as if they either know nothing about computers or they are complete scum and want to suck as much money off u as they can before a person with the know-how will tell u they are crooks

Well, thats why i do my own repairs and upgrades, and why all my friends come to me

And i bet it was the fan cuasing the case to vidrate, happens with the stock fans, happend to me till i swapped it out.

i do my own repairs and upgrades too if i dont know about something. wiki or here or some other website come to the resque.

I know what you mean the about the friends it is amazing how many you get when they find out you actually know how to fix PC not just think you can

yeah, i know, especially when your friends mum wont let then get a new pc so they have an old one that theyre constantly having trouble with
