been a long time but here i go,

Memory errors - ALL memory sold already has errors, ive been using the same 2 sticks of 512 in my PC for about 5 years and they both return errors with memtest type programs, am i just lucky?

Drivers - by the results you got im reckoning that they are all mobo drivers which should be on the resource cd you got with the mobo. I find that once these are in properly (one driver at a time then a restart) you never need to update them unless they cause problems. The best place to get motherboard drivers is unsuprisingly the manufacturers website, manufacturers usually modify the standard drivers to get better and more stable performance from their product.

Failing this, just use your technical know-how(punch or kick it until it submits)

Yesterday i returned my mobo and replaced it for a new one and all is fine until now.
No crashes,bsod's or other problems.
In my logbooks i dont see errors anymore.
btw, memory was tested in store and it gave no errors.
So i think it is safe to say it was a faulty mobo that gave all these probs.
Consider this solved and many thanks.
Everyone who helped me,reply on this and ill hit the thx button

Glad that replacing the mobo fixed your problem.
Marking as Fixed.
