About the memory modules, when i use only one all is fine (in opposite of earlier today),doesnt matter which bank i use.
When i use both modules it gives errors, and yes switched them a couple off times into other banks ,but to no effect
So memorybanks are good i guess, and each module too
Is there a setting in bios that needs to to be set for 2 gig or something like that?
Must say the amount off errors is becoming lesser

Memory should be configured automatically upon boot up.
Your memory strips are all of the same make/model. Right?

You might enter your BIOS and reset it to the factory settings.

DriverAgent.com Fix Your Driver Problems Instantly with Driver Agent showed you that you had drivers that required updating. I assume you have not updated those. Your system drivers might be up to date, but your computer requires other drivers as well.
I use this service for my XP computer, because drivers are always being improved and only such a service can keep track of all the updates. But, the choice is yours.

Guys, basically if there is even 1 error on a memory module - then you need to get it replaced.

And Gandalf is right in regards to the drivers being always improved It's always good to have the latest drivers installed, they give you more performance/stability in games and general windows usage.

Did some more testing and got errors on both moduls again
I used test 5 of mem86 over and over again on modules because they gave the errors yesterday.
Module 2 can give no errors for 4-5 times and 6th time 250 errors.
No matter which bank i use.
Any more suggestions?

As GaRHaR said. You have bad memory. One error is one error to many.
You need to replace your memory.

Unfortunately this is the only fix.
However, as it was mentioned previously, you should be able to replace it under warrantly..most memory has 1 year warranty on it...take it back to the shop you bought it from and say it was faulty...or even call them up.
They might have to send it away for testing, but that test you just used is the same as what others will use...they will find it faulty.

HI
With one module in place i used my pc all day and worked perfectly, although it gave errors in the tests, but im gonna return it today.
Only one thing i want to know, can this be a defect in the mobo too?
Because i bought mobo and memory as an upgradebundle
Is there someway to test the mobo for errors?

Yes there is, but in your case maybe not, in order to "test" the mobo you would need to try the mem in a different pc and run a test then
