Angry Really need help...have tried everything

At the end of my rope!
On start up computer goes to black screen. I went into F8 set up and tried everything with no luck. After selecting don't auto restart after start-up failure I get blue screen:

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
STOP: 0x00000050 (0xE11D0000, 0x00000000, 0XF74AOD29, 0X00000001)
ntfs.sys - Address F74AQD29 base F744F000, DateStamp 41107eea

I have reset BIOS, installed new RAM and tried to fix OS with XP disc with no luck.
Tried to installed OS on new HD and old as slave got to the point where it says that set-up is starting windows and get the blue screen.

Please help, thanks Barry

Hi kidcola, welcome to the PCHF.

Do you have a universal USB reader from Lexar Media attached to your computer?

Try getting the files from (Drive Letter):\WINDOWS\Minidump by putting the HDD in another computer so we can read the dump. So many different things can cause a BSOD it's hard to believe. Post back the files in that folder.
