I tried to do an HP system recovery but I got an error message "STOP: C000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Session Manager Initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000013 (0x00000000 0x00000000)
The system has been shut down"

Contact HP, and they will be able to send you a replacement Windows CD for your computer.
