You put in a log and it was moved to the HiJackThis forum so the log can be analyzed.

Thanks, Chiaz.

Place your XP Installation CD in the drive.
Go to the Command Prompt and enter sfc /scannow
Note: There is a space between "c" and "/".
This will verify your system files.
