Hi Arjunkapoor_89,

Welcome to PCHF.

When you enter Windows XP, is the error message exactly the same?

Was there anything that might of caused this issue on your last session? (for example software installations).

As for Task Manager, to get your menu items back, all you need to do is double click on the outer edge of the Task Manager Window.

Hi Ar,

The only *known* possible thing that could cause this issue is malware. Did double clicking on the edge of the taskbar work? If so, in order to find the infection, we will need you to follow PCHF Prework on my signature.
