Default Crashing laptop

hi again people,

I have a packard bell notebook L6 with XP home thats about a yr and half old

i dont use it much but today i have been trying to connect a little network togetherwith it ,it switched on fine and has been idle for a while with no probs however i put the broadband disc in it to connect it to the net ,it ran through all the settings and finished the installation but then when i double click the orange broadband icon to log in it showed a blue screen and an error message saying it has recovered from a fatal error after automatically rebooting itself?

it turned on fine however when i tried once again to go on the net it did it again!!

obviously HJT would be good but i cant get it on the net to download it???

Any suggestions or can i put HJT onto a mem card and transfer it to my laptop to show you guys a report!?

thanks

matt

A tech will take a look at it when they get time. This computer is not allowing me to view the dump files right now and I don't know why.

Thanks,
Adam
