I downloaded the one recommended by Greenwitch (I can't think of the name of it right now -- but anyway, I uninstalled it and am using the Windows firewall and my problem went away.
Hope that helps.

Ummm --Linky?-- Windows firewall is
almost like having nothing. While I can sympathize with connection issues-- a decent Firewall is a
necessity these days. Dialup is inherently safer than Broadband-- because with Broadband-- you are always connected-- but it's not safe
after you connect.
There are many firewall apps out there (few are free, sadly) if you were having trouble with yours-- a switch might have helped.
LGW would probably have recommended Zone Alarm free version?? Sound familiar? It can be difficult at times-- but usually updating it will
usually fix the issue.
I like Panda Internet Security-- it's a little more user friendly.
