I'm having a problem with my computer for some reason it won't start up the windows and it keeps restarting. I've try using safe mode but it still won't start up it justs restarts again.

Hi Snakey and welcome to PCHF, if you have your Windows CD handy, put it in your CD Drive, and allow it to boot off of it, and then run a repair install. You may need to configure your PC to boot from the CD Rom drive. To do this, when you first switch on your PC tap the F2 or Del key on your keyboard and look for a boot menu. It shoulod be in this order.
CD Rom (sometimes referred to as a SCSI Device) Hard Disk Floppy Disk
