My computer was doing that when I first built it. I'm not like a computer genius/pro expert here, but I updated my BIOS and it stopped happening. Talk about frustrating.

Go to the manufacturer website for your motherboard and navigate to the support page. Usually somewhere they'll have a BIOS update section. You'll need the exact model number of your mobo. You'll be able to download the update (if one is available), and it will give you instructions on how to go about it. It usually pretty staight forward. Did you just put together this PC or have you had it for a while?

If it has been working fine up until now and it just starting doing this, it could be anything from your CPU overheating to who knows what. If this is the case, I'd let the pros here help you out.
