spybot,adaware update
My OS is XP PRO with IE7.Oflate whenever I try to update spybot or ADAWARE or try to download using IE7 My pc freezes.When I shutdown Zonealarm ,able to update.but downloading by IE still freezes.I have run anti virus anti spyware. It is clean.Request some insight to solve the problem.

You should be able to set permission in ZA for the updaters under "program controll". It may take a little hunting for the right switch-- change it to "always allow"
Or you could just un/reinstall both apps.
