Default Why is my 3DMark03 Score so low?

I scored only 868. Where does the problem lie? Here is some of the info they provided me with about my notebook. It also said that my "Total Local Video Memory" is 128 MB, but when I go to Right Click on Destop--> Display Propeties--> Advanced--> Adapter, it says that my "Memory Size" is 64 MB. I'm sorry but the file they provided me with won't upload and is to big when converted.
