Default Boot up Problem

When ever I start up my computer it stays blank until, the screen shows the windows logo and the word windows and a bar with a blue bar sliding across it. Then it goes blank again and then stays like that. I was wondering what might be the problem and how i might go about fixing it. This happened after i drove my computer back from my friends house.

Try opening up the case and make sure that the video card is seated properly, but DO NOT USE TOO MUCH FORCE! Also, try booting up in safe mode (as the computer is booting up, repeatidly press F8).

Press Del and enter the setup, from there set your CPU and stuff up and do not have it set to overclock. You can set it back to overclock if you want when we get this all fixed.

Ok, boot up into safe mode and check your drivers by going to start > run and type in devmgmt.msc. Find anything with a exclamation point next to it and post it here or fix it if you can. Also update your video card driver for sure, which is what I think is causing the problem.

Good luck,
Adam
