Default Laptop wont start up!!
Hi all, okay my laptop is just over a year old and i have never had any problems with it in the past. However when i tried to start it up this morning it started up, then went to a blue screen saying something and then went to a black screen giving me options to start in safe mode, start normally etc. I have tried all of these options yet the same thing happens and i keep ending up on the same screen! My mum took the laptop down PC world earlier and they said to re-install windows, but I dont want to do this as I will lose everything on my computer! could anyone help me out with this as its stressing me out a little, cheers
