Default Webmail Forwarding

I need a way to forward my saved email in folders from my webmail address to my gmail account. I'm thinking of switching internet providers and I have a large number of saved email in various folders with my internet provider (AT&T). Unfortunately there are too many individual emails saved to do this individually, but I thought someone must have come up with a way to do this. AT&T is of no help whatsoever. The only way I can do this with them is to open each email individually & forward it. If I switch providers this saved email will be lost forever & I don't want to do that.

Just thinking aloud here...if you set up the AT&T account locally (in Outlook Express) via the AT&T POP3 settings, then send/receive, theoretically all of your email with AT&T should download to your PC. What you do with them after that is up to you but at least then you'll have the data on your PC.

Can you tell me how to change it so that Outlook Express will get all mail that exists in my webmail address?
